The Half Dome is the very first entry out of Summit Knife Co and it’s a love it or hate it knife. About the same size as the Fox Knives Suru and sharing a lot of the same specifications and hardware it’s easy to like the Half Dome on paper. But the aesthetics are more polarizing with its reverse tanto blade shape and unusual lines.
The Half Dome features a utilitarian design that is difficult to appreciate without getting the knife in your hand. Designer Tommaso Rumici puts a lot of stock in ergonomics and this is evidenced by how the Half Dome just melts into the palm of your hand.
